For those arriving by car there is a car park just around the corner, and the location is excellent for travellers wanting to explore Munich. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk away from the old town, the Viktualien market and the city centre shops. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn are also easily accessible from the hotel.

The hotel has been decorated in a very modern style which includes lots of glass and statement furniture. Rooms are of a good size and many past guests have praised the shower.

The vast majority of guests have praised the staff for displaying excellent customer service and ensuring their stay is as comfortable as possible. Front desk are available to make recommendations of where to visit in the immediate vicinity and then make reservations for you.

Some guests feel that in decorating the hotel the way they have style has been chosen over substance. For example, beds not being as comfortable as you would hope, not enough plug sockets and items in impractical locations. Many of the amenities rely on electricity therefore it is difficult to find a spare socket. The items can be difficult to use and seem to fail frequently.

This is an area of feedback that it is very mixed. Some guests have reported having major issues accessing the internet whilst others cannot believe they’re talking about the same hotel.

The hotel is not cheap and guests book the accommodation knowing that. However, some guests have questioned whether they are getting enough out of the accommodation to consider it good value for money. Breakfast is also quite expensive, though this has received positive feedback. There may be cheaper hotels available in a similar location and of similar quality.
